Cancellation Policy

Attendees
Attendees will be issued 100% refund up until September 8, 2025. Starting September 9, 2025, registration costs will be non-refundable.

Exhibitors
Payments will be refunded if cancellation notice is received in writing on or before August 15, 2025. Cancellations after August 15, 2025 will be subject to a 50% charge on the total contract prices and no refunds will be made for cancellations after August 29, 2025. Spaces abandoned or not occupied at the time of the show’s opening may be repossessed without indemnity and reassigned by the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan for exhibits or other use.
