Hidden Dangers in Dental Water: What You Need to Know
About this Seminar
While dental practices follow strict infection control protocols to protect patients and staff, one often-overlooked risk lies within the water used during treatment. Even when source water meets drinking standards, it can become contaminated as it passes through dental unit waterlines, posing potential health risks. This session will uncover the hidden dangers associated with dental water systems and focus on practical protocols and remediation strategies to help prevent the use of contaminated water in clinical care.
